The No Screens, No Problem! book cover with printed activity pages fanned out behind it
Sound familiar?

The hardest part is the moment the screen goes off

“Five more minutes!”

The timer rings and the begging, bargaining, or tears begin. Every single day.

“I’m bored!”

Five minutes after the tablet goes away, they don’t know what to do with themselves.

You need 20 quiet minutes

Dinner, work, a phone call. The screen feels like the only thing that keeps them busy.

You’re not doing anything wrong. Games and videos are built to be hard to stop, even for adults. What helps is a simple routine your child can count on, and something genuinely fun to switch to. That’s exactly what this book gives you.
